1. Are the products the same as you show in the images?
Image representation through various mediums could be somewhat misleading, which is utterly unintentional. However, our product will not change the taste and quality.
2.Is online purchasing safe?
Absolutely, with our cloud system, every piece of information is safe. Our purchase system is automatic, and we do not store any Bank account information on our server. Only the customer’s basic information has been reserved for customer convenience.
3.I’ve forgotten my online password. How do I reset it?
For security reasons, you can attempt only a few times to log in to your account.
If you forget your password, go to the login icon. In the pop-up window, select ‘forgot password’, enter your email address, and click ‘Submit’. You’ll receive an email with a temporary link and instructions to reset your password.
4.What is a Large or Bulk order?
Large or Bulk order is for ordering a large amount of a specific product. Additional delivery charges and requirements are applicable for this.
5.When will my order arrive?
We try our utmost to deliver your product within a short time as possible. Our delivery time might vary according to your location. But do not worry, our delivery service is fast and doesn’t take an unusual time to reach you.

6.Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, for now, we are providing COD service only in Dhaka Metropolitan Area.
7.How can I search for products on your website?
There are two ways to search for products on our website. Either you can browse through our categories option or search for your product by typing the desired product name in our “search bar”.
8.Do I need to register an account to make a purchase?
We have facilitated such a system for the security of our customers. If you want to order a product, please follow the steps mentioned in our “How to place an order” section.
9.Is it possible for me to request to hold my product for a longer time?
According to our policy, we cannot hold a parcel for more than three days so you will need to call us.

11.My product was damaged. What should I do?
We also encourage the customers to check their products at the time of delivery to avoid all sorts of confusion. In case of having damaged products contact us as soon as possible. Therefore, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
12.What if my order is incomplete or the product is damaged?

13.If my order is damaged, will I get a refund?
Yes, if any of your ordered product is found damaged, you can ask for a return or replacement and claim a refund.
